Full Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service
Every rig that comes through Back40 receives a thorough, bumper-to-bumper inspection and service package.
We Don't Just Import Them
- All of our imports receive a complete comprehensive road test.
- All belts and hoses are checked and replaced if necessary
- Timing belt and timing components replaced on applicable models
- Water pump replaced.
- Brake system checked and pads replaced if necessary
- Coolant flushed
- Front and rear differentials inspected for leaks, repaired and oil changed with 75/90 Synthetic
- Transfer case and transmission checked for leaks. Transfer case and manual transmission oil changed
- Automatic Transmission oil changed
- Clutch master cylinder fluid changed
- Engine oil and filter changed
- Fuel Filter changed
- ALL electrical components checked and lamps replaced as necessary
- Batteries tested and replaced as necessary
- Bottom End Bearings (BEBs) replaced on models with early 1HDT engines
